• Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Made-to-order or customized products: Dispatched within 7–10 business days (or as mentioned on the product page).

🚚 Shipping Partners:

We ship through trusted courier services like DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, and India Post, ensuring timely and trackable delivery.

🌍 Delivery Time:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 working days after dispatch.

(Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays.)

💸 Shipping Charges:

• Orders above ₹299: Free shipping across India.

• Orders below ₹299: Flat ₹50 shipping charge.

(Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.)

🔎 Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. You can track the status of your delivery online.

❗ Delayed or Failed Delivery:

If the delivery partner is unable to reach you, they will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for resending.

• If your order arrives damaged, please share unboxing video + photos with us within 24 hours of delivery.
